    Professional Network Meeting
   

Our team of professionals applies its high-level knowledge to evaluate all aspects of your financial situation and devise appropriate, forward-thinking strategies.

 

Our consultative process begins with learning about you and what is most important to you and to your family.  We start by identifying where you are now, where you want to go, and any gaps for getting there.  We then work with our network of professional advisors to help you make informed decisions that will help you pursue everything that is most important to you.

We begin each new engagement with a time-tested, collaborative process. This allows us to have an open dialogue to learn about your values and goals while working with you to tailor a plan to help you work toward those goals.

 

1.  Discovery Meeting

This first step is a collaborative and focused 90-minute meeting where, through a series of questions, we learn about your current situation, your values, your goals, and how we can help you proactively pursue those goals.  You also have the opportunity to learn about us and how we work.

 

2.  Wealth Management Plan Meeting

At this meeting, we present our analysis of your current situation and our recommendations for how we believe we can add substantial value in order to help you pursue your goals.  This is a detailed meeting, and if we decide to work together, it will serve as the foundation for all of our work together.   

 

3.  Mutual Commitment Meeting

At this meeting, we will both decide if it makes sense to work together.  If it does, we will complete the paperwork necessary for us to begin, and we will start to implement your investment plan according to your varied and ever-changing needs.

 

4.  Strategy Implementation

You are now a valued client, and we try to make your financial life easier by helping you organize and make the process seamless.  Following the implementation of the agreed-upon strategies, we will look at new account statements, online services, cash-flow transactions, and ensure you are comfortable with all account access information.  We spend time answering any questions you may have about the process thus far to ensure you are comfortable with everything.

 

5.  Implementation

Our scheduled phone calls last between 30 to 60 minutes.  In that time, we will review market and economic conditions, talk about your portfolio relative to your financial goals and expectations, discuss periodic portfolio adjustments, and any significant changes to your investment plan components.
